Nikki's dad, Chuck Leonard, started in the Quarter Horse business in 1968. He passed away in 2000 after a battle with cancer. He was not only a tremendous horseman, but a wonderful father and friend. We are so blessed to have the opportunity to continue his dream in the horse business and to build on the band of mares he spent 30 years developing.

The focus of our breeding program is to raise arena performance horses and ranch horses with outstanding dispositions, athletic ability, training ability and eye appeal. Our broodmare band consists of 25 mares, most of them daughters and granddaughters of Twist Your Eyes, (Two Eyed Twister X Super Demores by Super Cut Up) an AQHA Champion, Superior Pleasure Horse with 15 halter, 56 pleasure and 16 heeling points. "Twister" was the epitome of these traits and has passed it on to his get.

Mister Tackadial (a.k.a. "Trigger") is our main stallion. He is 92% foundation and is registered with the FQHA. His pedigree boasts Mr Blackburn 40, Tuffernhel, and Wimpy. Trigger has 6 AQHA heading and 2AQHA heeling points in four shows. His colts have great color, big hips, good bone and lots of muscle. They are quick learners, have great dispositions and are athletic.

Hickory Jacks Bay is a 1999 bay stallion by Twist Your Eyes and out of Hickory Jack Eye by Jack Eyed. "H.J." is broke to ride, but was never shown. He has been our Jr. stallion and has not been used on many mares, but we are impressed with the foals out of him. They are quiet, have keen heads and good bone.

We sell most of our horses private treaty and consign to various sales throughout the year.

Inquiries are always welcome!
